We want you to Love your Trophy Hair Boutique purchase! Due to the nature of our hair extensions and for hygiene and safety reasons , we have a strict but fair return and refund policy in place. Please read carefully 

Returns are only processed if there is a malfunction in the hair extension 

Cancellations are only processed and refunded within 2 hours of your purchase after the 2 hours the order will be processed for shipping
